Your question will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response.

We aim to respond to all questions within 4 working hours (within opening hours only).

Appointment requests received after 16:00 (4:00pm) will be held over to the following working day.

If you have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or when the surgery is closed, contact the out of hours service by calling 111. In a genuine medical emergency only, please contact 999.

COVID-19 Screening

Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

  • A new, continuous cough
  • A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Our services have now changed and we now provide a telephone, or video appointment with a clinician instead of a face to face appointment in the first instance.

You will have a virtual consultation with one of our clinicians on a secure line, either via telephone or video link. They will have access to your full medical records and the ability to prescribe to your nominated pharmacy.

This service is not suitable for medical emergencies and if the clinician feels after your consultation, you would benefit from a face to face appointment, they will make that arrangement with you.
